剪板機機床的剛度分析
剪板機機床的剛度指機床在外力作用下反抗變形的能力,機床的剛度越大,動態精度越高。機床的剛度包含機床構件自身的剛度和構件之間的觸摸剛度。機床構件自身的剛度首要取決于構件自身的資料性質、截面形狀、大小等。構件之間的觸摸剛度不僅與觸摸資料、觸摸面的幾何尺寸和硬度有關,并且還與觸摸面的表面粗糙度、幾何精度、加工方法、觸摸面介質、預壓力等要素有關。
